XU50 Features:

1:1.5 WIDE-RANGE ZOOM LENS
The PLC-XU50 projector comes equipped with a new Wide-Range Zoom lens capable of producing a 100" diagonal image from a distance of 8.3' to 12.9'. The Wide-Range Zoom lens, with a zoom range that covers the needs of most short-throw and standard-throw applications, helps make the PLC-XU50 a more flexible presentation tool.

INTERLACED / PROGRESSIVE CONVERSION
Incoming interlaced video source signals are automatically converted into progressive signals for improved video image reproduction.

OPTIONAL VGA/COMPONENT CABLE
With an optional adapter cable, component video sources can be fed directly into the D-Sub15 VGA input.

DUAL INPUT/MONITOR OUTPUT
The PLC-XU50 projector features a DVI-I input and a switchable D-Sub15 input / monitor output for use as a second PC input or for connection to an external monitor. With USB connectivity, and a variable audio output, this unit is perfect for classroom environments.

CUSTOMIZABLE START-UP LOGO
Logo files can be captured for display during the projector's countdown sequence at startup.

HDTV COMPATIBLE
The PLC-XU50 is High Definition Television compatible accepting the 480i, 480p, 575i, 575p, 720p, 1035i and 1080i HDTV resolution standards.

X-Y DIGITAL KEYSTONE CORRECTION
With the touch of a button, Sanyo’s X-Y digital keystone correction compensates for angled projector placement by mathematically interpolating an image’s pixels, correcting trapezoidal images in both the vertical and horizontal planes.

OPTIONAL MULTI CARD IMAGER BOX
An optional Multi Card Imager Box with a wired LAN module (POA-PN20) also accepts an optional wireless LAN card (POA-WLC20) for network image transfer and projector control/administration. Also, JPEG image files stored on a Compact Flash card can be shown directly from the projector when the card is inserted into The Multi Card Imager Box.
